As well as employing talented, experienced individuals, PAN-Tribal will draw on a range of external experts to provide insights and market intelligence into its business. Each group will act as a sounding board for ideas, as well as providing valuable input into PAN-Tribal’s strategy.

PAN-Tribal Board

 

PAN-Tribal’s Board comprises four individuals:

Stephen Williams changes: “Stephen is a former partner of Kemp Strang Lawyers in Sydney, with over 40 years’ experience in corporate and commercial practice areas including IPOs and advising ASX-listed companies. He is an experienced company director on ASX listed companies, having served as a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of Coffey International Limited for 15 years, a Non-Executive Director of PrimeAg Australia Limited for 7 years and Non-Executive Director of Millennium Services Group Limited for 3 years.

 

In 2018 Stephen joined the firm of Henry William Lawyers in Sydney as a Consultant and joined the Board of Pan Tribal in 2015.

 

Stephen’s expertise also includes corporate governance capabilities which are implemented in the company’s management practices

Peter-Kerr

Peter Kerr

Non-Executive Director

 

Peter Kerr has over 40 years’ experience as a Sydney-based commercial lawyer and has extensive experience in banking law, financial markets and corporate governance. Peter is a Consultant at Thomson Geer Lawyers, having formerly been a partner of Kemp Strang Lawyers. He is currently a Community Board Member of the Physiotherapy Board of Australia and a Director of the Australian Kookaburra Kids Foundation. He also chairs Oilmin Field Services, a logistics company based in Papua New Guinea.

 

He is well known in international sport having represented Australia in the national Men’s Water Polo team and was honoured by making the Judge’s Oath at the Opening Ceremony of the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games.

He is the Oceania Member of the Independent Ethics Commission of the Association of National Olympic Committees, is a Member of the National Sports Tribunal and the Combat Sports Authority of NSW. He served for over 20 years as a Member of the Fina Doping Panel.

 

Peter is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Sydney and Master of Applied Finance degree from Macquarie University. He is a Member of the Order of Australia (2008) and was awarded the Australian Sports Medal (2000).

After serving for 9 years as a Community Member of the Physiotherapy Board of Australia, a constituent board of the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency, he continues as a Community Member of that Board’s Registration and Notification Committee.

He served for 9 years as a Board Member of the Australian Kookaburra Kids Foundation, for 18 years as President of Water Polo Australia and was a Board Member of the Cronulla Sharks NRL Club.

He is a Member of the Order of Australia and was awarded the Australian Sports Medal.

Adrian Woods

Non-Executive Director

 

Adrian has worked in the financial services industry since 1986 as a financial adviser and taxation specialist for a diverse range of private clients and small businesses. As a member of the Financial Planning Association of Australia, Adrian’s industry knowledge and experience will allow him to contribute across a wide range of business and industry related areas.

 

Adrian holds a Diploma of Education and a Graduate Diploma of Business, majoring in accounting. He is a registered tax agent.

Colin Woods - CEO

Colin Woods

Colin has 30 years’ funds management experience, holding senior management roles domestically and in Asia Pacific. Colin held a number of roles at UBS Global Asset Management, including CEO of the Australian business.

 

Colin has an MBA from RMIT, a Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning and a Bachelor of Education.

Business Advisory Board

 

Members of the Business Advisory Board are high calibre, successful individuals sourced from a range of industries, including fast-moving consumer products, law, science, technology and education.

 

The mandate of the Business Advisory Board is to share ideas and provide insights from a range of different perspectives that management can utilise when considering business development, branding and product innovation.

Financial Services Advisory Board

 

Members will be drawn from the financial services industry, primarily financial intermediaries; these individuals will range from members of large dealer groups through to independent self-licensed financial advisers.

 

The Financial Services Advisory Board will focus on issues such as product development, communication strategies and other issues that pertain to PAN-Tribal’s business as usual operations.
